SERVICES

The Services of an Interior Designer – From Concept to Reality

An interior designer is the professional who transforms interior spaces into aesthetic, functional, and harmonious environments, adapted to the client's needs and preferences. Their involvement spans the entire project, from the initial analysis to the final handover, with each stage being essential for the success of the design.

1. Initial Consultation

Everything begins with an introductory meeting between the designer and the client. In this stage, the following are discussed: The client's needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences. The available budget and completion deadline. The desired functionality of the space (residential, commercial, etc.). Visual inspirations, color palette, desired style (modern, classic, industrial, minimalist, etc.).

2. Site Survey and Space Analysis

The designer takes precise measurements of the space, analyzes natural lighting, circulation paths, and existing structural elements. This stage may include: Photographing the space. Studying architectural constraints. Evaluating existing installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

3. Design Concept

Based on the collected information, a coherent visual concept is developed, which includes: Mood boards and visual collages. Proposed color palettes, materials, and textures. Proposals for styles and ambiances. Initial sketches and layout ideas.

4. Space Planning and 3D Renderings

The designer creates detailed design plans: Furniture and partitioning plans. Photorealistic 3D renderings or virtual models to visualize the final space. The possibility to simulate different scenarios before execution.

5. Selection of Finishes and Furniture Pieces

This stage involves the selection and specification of the elements to be used: Flooring, paints, wallpaper, ceramic tiles. Furniture (standard or custom-made). Lighting fixtures, decorations, textiles, drapes, curtains. Appliances and functional elements. The designer can accompany the client to showrooms or propose trusted suppliers.

6. Development of the Technical Project

For implementation, a complete dossier is created, which may include: Electrical, plumbing, and heating installation plans. Plans for demolition/construction of partition walls. Schemes for false ceilings, lighting, custom furniture. Technical details for the execution teams.

7. Works Coordination and Project Management

The designer can directly coordinate the teams of craftsmen and suppliers: Site organization and scheduling of stages. Supervision of execution in accordance with the project. Management of any problems or adaptations that arise during the process. This stage ensures coherence between the plan and reality.

8. Styling and Final Decoration

After the works are completed, the designer takes care of the final details: Positioning of decorative objects. Arrangement of textiles and ambient lighting. Creating an atmosphere that expresses the client's personality.

9. Project Handover and Feedback

Finally, the space is handed over to the client in a fully functional and aesthetic form. The designer may also conduct a professional photo session for their portfolio and documentation.
